Dr. LaMontagne has 30 years of experience in higher education administration. Current administrative responsibility is to provide direction and leadership for all marketing functions of the university, primarily related to the recruitment of traditional, adult and graduate students, program development and expansion, image enhancement, and market research.

Having worked with HR managers for many years, she recently completed a study of influences on their ethical decision making choices within their organizations in an attempt to uncover potential themes which might be used in multiple organizations to build ethical practices and cultures.
